He would not budge, so I asked for a supervisor.he said the same thing! No help or wiggle room is given by this company. Because that is exactly what happens when you don't pay on time! I explained I wanted to avoid being penalized and that's why I was calling in prior to my due date. But he fails to mention that they WILL tell me that my account will be in bad standing & fees will be added. He makes it seem like if I don't pay on time I can just call days later and set it up. I explained to the man that I am trying to avoid that from happening. I told the man if I took his advice then I'd be hit with outrageous fees for breaking my agreement. They said for me to not make the payment, but to call 3 to 5 days after that payment date and then they would set up a new date to pay that payment. I called ahead of time to ask if i can please get the date of my next payment changed. I'm many months into paying off my 2nd loan. The 1st loan i paid off EVERY payment biweekly as scheduled. This xact loan company is awful, they do not provide good customer service! I'm on my second xact loan.
